SubscribeSo far, my dedicated page for seocontest2008 doesn’t performed well. After reaching 27th position on the Google SERP, today it almost kicked out from top100 position. Yes it’s on position #99.
From my observation, It seems that google index refreshing takes a while. When you’ve made a revision on particular page that already indexed, the index doesn’t change immediately following your revision. Especially on a deep page that had only few backlink.
In the seocontest2008, I’ve made several revision on the intended page after it get indexed by google. Therefore the revision seems doesn’t help much to improve the SERP. Meanwhile many contest participant joining the competition and their page which has better optimization from the beginning, received higher value when it get indexed.
